POLICY

Our policy for hand dye yarn is to provide the highest quality product with the utmost care and attention to detail. We strive to ensure that each customer receives a product that meets their expectations. We also guarantee that each hand-dyed skein is unique and that no two skeins are exactly alike. All yarns are dyed in a smoke-free and pet-free environment. We accept returns within 30 days and will be happy to replace or exchange any product that is not satisfactory. We also offer refunds for any product that does not meet our quality standards.
