Vela is a 2 ply yarn spun from a blend of extra fine superwash merino wool and mulberry silk, giving it a slight sheen like a pearl. Vela is absolutely heavenly knit up in the most precious lace shawls, but will also make beautiful tops and sweaters for warmer weather. This yarn glows in its bare state and sings once dyed!
